TubeGrade support

Email support@tubegrade.com and a person will reply. Write from the email address you use to sign in to TubeGrade, and include any channel or video links and a screenshot if something looks wrong — it lets us find the problem quickly.

TubeGrade uses Google sign-in, so there is no separate password to reset. If sign-in fails, try again in a private window, and make sure your browser allows cookies for tubegrade.com. The Chrome extension uses the same account: once you are signed in on the website, the extension is signed in too.

Some features use credits, including AI video ideas and the research tools used by AI assistants. Your balance is shared across the website, the Chrome extension and any AI assistant you connect. Settings in your dashboard lists every credit you have used.

Setup steps for each assistant are on the MCP page. You sign in with your TubeGrade account the first time an assistant connects, and every research call it makes uses that account’s credits. Each tool states its credit cost, and checking your balance is free — ask the assistant for your TubeGrade balance.

Credits are used when a call runs, even if YouTube returns nothing for it (for example a video without captions). To disconnect, remove TubeGrade from the assistant’s connector or plugin settings.

Install and feature details are on the browser extension page. If the extension stops showing data after a YouTube update, reload the YouTube tab first; if it still fails, email us with the page link.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds, including the 7-day guarantee on a first payment, are covered in section 7 of the Terms of Service — email us to request one.

To access, export, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, email us from your account’s email address. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.

If a channel’s stats look wrong, or you own a channel and want its public page removed, email us the channel link. How each number is calculated is explained in how TubeGrade calculates stats.
