Hello, I'm Isoken. If you're somewhere in your late 30s to 50s and your body, your moods, and your sense of yourself have all started shifting at once, you're in the right place.

On Faith in the Fog I make sense of what perimenopause and midlife actually do to us: the rage that comes from nowhere, the brain fog, the 3am waking, the quiet fear that you don't recognise yourself anymore. I talk about it honestly, as a woman walking through it too and not an expert on a stage, and I anchor it in biblical faith.
