■ ayahare（アヤハレ）はどうやって痩せたの？
「運動指導者が断言! ダイエットは運動1割、食事9割」を読み、痩せるためにあえて苦手な運動をやめて食事に専念することを決意。特別な運動なしで2ヶ月で10kg減量しました。
今までダイエット=運動、だと信じて疑わず、運動を継続できない自分を責め続けていたけど、ダイエットに一番大切なのは「毎日の食事で何を食べるか」だと気づきました。

ダイエット当時、一番辛かったのは献立を考えることでした。
ほぼ自炊した経験がなく、苦手な料理に毎日苦戦。
仕事とダイエットの両立が本当に大変で、
「誰か私の毎日の食事を提案してくれないかな...」と常に思っていました。
痩せたいけど、美味しいものは食べたい。でも時間はかけたくない。
これが、私のダイエット当初から今もずっと変わらない気持ちです。
もしかしたら、私が痩せるために作っていた食事メニューや知識、経験を共有することで、
今ダイエット中で同じように悩んでいる方の助けになるかもしれない。
そう思い、ダイエットレシピを中心に私の実践してきたことを動画にしています。
